Monday, March 16th at 5:30 we met at the J.S. Realty office for our first Marketing Meeting.  Click Here for the minutes.

What have we accomplished so far?

* Half Page ad for the MN Horse Expo in St. Paul in April.

* Half Page ad for the May Spotlight issue.

* Spring Newsletter is done and will be out soon.

* All events are posted iwth the WSCA Spotlight online and will be in the May issue.

* Maintenance on the website.

* Had a booth at the Diamond Royal Horse Fair.

What is this committee?

This group meets mostly in the winter and spring of each year to set the marketing budget for the arena.  They select where and what to advertise.  Updates and improvement to the website are included in this committee.  Any direct mailings, such as the newsletter and annual meeting mailings, are created by this group and approved by the board of directors.

The committee is currently building a list of all free websites and calendars that our events can be posted on.  We need help compiling the list and entering the events on these sites/calendars.  Can you help?  Contact Julie at juliesathers@msn.com
